2 construction buildings, same options, different satisfaction?
Hey,

Could somebody please explain this situation to me...

I have two construction workers buildings, both pay the same (6 pesos) and both are set to sweatshop labor.

However one has a job satisfaction of about 54 and the other one only a satisfaction of about 44.

Being that both buildings are paying the same and set to work the workers the same, what accounts for the difference in job satisfaction?

I'm sure it's something really obvious but it's escaping me at the moment, so for anybody that knows the true answer I'd love to know what it is.

Thanks,
2ND Question - Not related to the first but I don't feel like starting a new thread...

Isn't the wind turbine considered a power plant?

I ask because it doesn't seem to be convered by the praise USA edict which should lower it's price tag from $6,000 down to $3,000 assuming that they added the wind turbine to the power plant category which living where I live, we have wind farms and the wind turbines are each considered as a power plant of it's own, albeit a small power plant.

No idea about the construction offices.

Regarding the wind turbine - I think the US Edict is supposed to make the two big and expensive infrastructure building (Airport and Power Plant) cheaper. I don't think the small wind turbines fit it that sheme - neither can I see a special connection between US technology and wind turbines nor do I think that halving their price would be balance wise good or needed. They are already powerful enough w/o needing any employees.

If there is an issue IMO, it is a text one - the edict should not make the powerplant categor cheaper, but solely the power plant.

I think the area the construction workers are in might be effecting satisfaction. Not sure though.

I think it might be that the first (the pre-build one from the start) construction-office has a higher satisfaction than the following (self-builded) ones. (You might check this.)
It's like this for the port... just to keep the dock-workers there and the economy running. (Has otherwise been a bug and show-stopper in T1 that I still know very good.)
