Can you tell me if the US GOLD edition has the same problem of low textures on buildings etc as the UK version?

Is there any official word on this? Is it a different build than the UK version? Does the problem affect only Vista users?

Hi Timo, yes indeed it is available at walmart, but the package contains NO unlock code, so the game can not be played.

I just received my copy from Amazon. Got the PC DVD Box version. There was key. Loaded and registered no problem. Can play. But there wasn't a manual inside. No .pdf version on the DVD as far as I can see. And I can't find ingame help. How do I go about getting a manual?
