I have just got the game, and have problem starting it .

My system is as follow :
Intel Core 2 @ 2.13Ghz
Ram : 3GB
Display: Intel 946 GZ express cipset family

When I start the game, it just go into a white /black screen. and the game didn't start.

Anyone can help

Your graphics card is a chipset that comes with your PC as part of the Intel framework. It may be your issue. Can you run other games or stuff with high-end 3d graphics?

yes, i'm playing Guild Wars ... it is working fine...

Hmm. I guess next thing I'd recommend is ensure you have the latest DirectX downloaded. I see your chip is 9.0c compliant, so it 'should' work with D3.

Please e-mail the developer for support on this matter.

All I can say is that you should try running this game without anti-virus and with minimal background processes.
