Wenn wir natuerlich nur das Spiel starten wuerden, wenn ein Account angelegt werden wuerde, waere dies machbar. Aber es geht halt auch ohne Account, wenn der Rechner nicht am Netz ist.

1. Does it means that I must have an Internet connection to star Patrician 4 for the first time?

2. Does it means that I have to be Internet connected each time I'd like to play Patrician 4?

P.S. I asked in English because these questios are very important not only for German-speaking community. Many of us do not buy games what required Internet connection for activation or playing.
