I made a convoy with 2 Crayers fully upgraded , each with 14 cannons and 140 extra sailors and i tried to attack a pirate convoy blockading Riga. A message pops up and tell me that i don't have escorts as warships. wtf ? Those 2 crayers are the dam warships. Do i have to put minimum 3 ships in a convoy or a bigger ship ?

Click on a ship, then click ship list (under the ship info to the right), a small menu will appear below showing all ships in convoy. Click one of them and you will see a small box under the cannon, check this and the ship is now a warship.

Can I make a convoy with worships and cargo ships??
I can make a warship but it does not escort my cargo ships...
Or am I missing something?

This is not a game: this is a job

The ships must be in the same convoy. You can click on one ship, then right click on another ship to make them part of the same convoy. The warship(s) will now fight if the convoy gets attacked, or if you want to attack a pirate.
