Possible bug?
Anyone else have this issue after updating to the current AP?

First game I was at 412 people, 79 in the religious party. My happiness was 77 and I decided to outlaw the religious party. I got no rebels.

Second game I was 823 people, 193 people in my religious party, and happiness was at 70. I outlaw the party and no one rebelled.

Sad

I'll also point out another bug I've been getting since patching to AP. I will have people get stuck under my dock when they immigrate to my island. They stay unemployed during this. I noticed this when I had like 200 jobs open and 25 unemployed. I had to destroy my dock to get the people unstuck. This has happened in two games.

That is unfortunate. I have not had either of those issues before with AP. Although with the first issue you mention, I haven't had that issue because I have never atempted to outlaw a faction before.

Do it, it's fun! Before the latest patch though I'd have a fair amount of the faction rebel. Now nothing.
