Disciples 3: Resurrection and Steam
Hey guys, I just got a couple of questions regarding the original Disciples 3 game, its expansion, and Steam. I did read the newbie FAQ, but nothing I'm concerned about was answered in it, so, sorry if I am answering anything that's been answered before, I tried searching for an answer as best I could.
I played the demo of D3 and I enjoyed it, despite a few things and thought about picking it up on Steam before the sale ends, however, I've been looking into all this stuff about the new expansion and how it seems that it probably will fix a lot of things. I was thinking of buying that too when it came out in Russia, but I'm a little confused on a few things about it.
1. Is Resurrection a stand alone expansion or is it supposed to work with the original Disciples 3 game? And if so, would it work with the steam version?
2. What is this "Undead Hordes" expansion? Is it a a seperate add-on? Or is it actually Resurrection? I couldn't really figure that one out, sorry.
3. Do any of the mods work with the steam version of Disciples 3?
I'm sorry if this question may have been better suited for the Steam forums, but they really had no knowledge of any sort of mods or it's expansion and mostly, the community over there are just bashing the game. Just mostly wondering if I should just get Disciples 3 either on steam, get the US boxed version or try to get the Russian boxed version, since I heard there was a translation out, I think.
Thanks in advance.

2. It's Resurrection ;]
3. Umm... yeah, why not? Just check weather it is Resurrection or Renaissance mod. The best thing would be to copy the original files before installing a mod.
Boxed US version is bugged, there are issues with security system of the game. I think some people can here elaborate on that...
Ah, fantastic. I'll definitely be picking this up then on steam. Thanks a lot!
