I ' ve made a little patch

- Myzrael is again the guardian of the empire's town
- Legions Duke now has initiative 40, archdevil has 20 (as other fighter-/magic-leaders have)
- Removed all runes from the capital shops (I think, too easy with them especially with verdant and golem rune)
