We are going to work with the community as well. For example, we are going to create a FAQ (in both Russian and English) that will include all your questions. The FAQ will be updated once a week, on Thursdays.
Also, I would like to thank Akella, Dmitry Arkhipov, Alexey Ilyin and Svetlana Gorobets for their cooperation and help in these difficult times.

1. We are still thinking about a name for the new studio. We have several variants so far, but they all sound spiteful and self-critical to us, so we are still working on this issue.
2. Most of the ex-DAT people have been hired by the new studio.

Are you going to make a hotfix that fixes the problems with the armor and the XP accumulation before the next patch?

No we are not. We are going to release the next patch that fixes the armor and many other bugs on January 27th. As for the XP accumulation, this problem is not easy to fix, so we are going to address that separately.
Will the people from this forum test the game once again? Who is working with bug reports, suggestions etc.?

Yes, the people from the forum will take part in the testing. We will decide how it is going to work shortly. The developers read the bug reports on the forum at the moment, but we are going to work more closely with the community in the future.
When a new site will be opened? The current one has not been updated for a very long time.

Are you going to include new neutral factions in the Gold Edition.

We'll do our best. It is very likely that new neutral factions will appear in the Gold Edition, but the information about its content will be released later.
What are the developers are working on now?

We are fixing bugs, hiring new staff, relocating to the new office, working on new maps for the hot-seat mode and improving the game balance. Also we are working on the English version of the game and the Gold Edition.
In the game files there are sound fx for spells from Disciples 2, such as Chain Lightning or Bethrezen Claw. Do you have any plans of using these fx in the game? Maybe some changes to the Racial Spellbooks or return to the old Disciples 2 Spellbooks?

Unfortunately, we do not plan to use these FX in Disciples 3. As for the spellbook, we are going to improve it because we do not like it very much.
When are you going to release the new info about the Mountain Clans?

We are going to release the new info as soon as the Mountain Clans have been announced and gone past the pre-production phase. Some art will probably will be released first in a couple of months.
When will the Gold Edition be released? What will it include?

I am not ready to answer this one yet. You will have the complete information about the Gold Edition in the early February.
When are going to release the info about the dwarves? Have you started working on them? When will the first art will be published?

We are going to release the new info at the end of the year or early next year. But it is not set in stone, as the dwarves have not gone past the pre-production phase yet.
When will the next patch for the add-on be released? And what about patches for Renaissance?

The patch for the add-on will be released on January 27th.
The patch for Renaissance will be released later. I cannot give you the exact date yet, but the patch will be released.
I've created a mod for Renaissance: new Spider character was added into the game. It works in Renaissance but things are more complicated in the add-on: the mod works but the game does not see the spider's ability but adds another one instead. Can I get some advice from one of the ex-DAT programmers? Is it possible to get advice from Disciples 3 programmers about similar problems in the future?

Unfortunately, I cannot give an answer on this one. Andrey Kuzmin says that he will have to look at the code and basically treat this problem as a bug. But Andrey is working on the patch now and cannot look into this problem. I have moved your question to the bug section so that Andrey will look at it when he has a chance.
Regarding the advice from the programmers: we invite the people from the forum to submit questions. If there are many questions and problems like this one, then I will ask Andrey to spend some time and respond to them. I apologize for the fact that we are unable to support the modemakers section of the forum. Unfortunately, we are very busy and do not have time to support the modders.
Before D3 was released, there was a talk about beastmasters making an appearance, but in the end all the characters have the ability to plant rods, and the specialized rod planters are gone. However there are five recruit slots and only four character classes - warrior, mage, scout and saboteur. Is it possible to include rod planters as a kind of support troops? Basically, it all comes down to the abilities the character has, and almost all of rod planters have the unique abilities in D2.

Unfortunately, a rod planter (and every other character for that matter) is not only a model but also a a set of skills, armour assets etc., and all of those things need to be balanced. We do not plan to make rod planters because we have other priorities at the moment - new neutral factions, for example.
Is there going to be a "thank you" button on these forums?
Answer:
Honestly, I am not crazy about these bells and whistles but we'll see what we can do about it. Also, we will work more closely with the community, improve the poll program and we'll be looking at the bug reports and suggestions more carefully.
Are you going to improve the AI in the hot-seat mode? (I am talking about the moments when the AI units go through the player's units). When will it be done?

We are going to work on the AI. I can't promise you anything for this month though, as we believe that the AI needs to be re-written from scratch. We plan to do it shortly.
When are you going to change the stats increase for the top units (Assassin etc.) to at least 10-20% of health and damage, as it has been done for Disciples 2? 5000+ XP for +1 in all stats is ridiculous!
Are you going to create new artifacts for the entire army, like flags in Disciples 2?

1. As it is, a unit of level X is almost as strong as the leader of the same level, give or take some skills and items. If we change the stats increase, then a peasant of, let's say, 30th level will be much more stronger than a leader of the same level.
2. We'll probably make something similar to flags, but it is not in our current plans.
Are you going to give armor to the defenders of cities and the capital?

The cities and the capitals do have defensive bonuses. But it is possible that they do not work properly because of the armor bug that will be fixed by the next patch.
Can we expect any balance in resistances? Particularly, mind resistance and death resistance increase. Now ghost can paralyze almost automatically units.

When will we have the multiplayer mode?

The multiplayer mode will be available in April or June of 2011. The exact date will be provided later.
Will there be an English version of Resurrection and following D3 releases by akella ? Will there be a patch for the English version of D3 Renaissance released by kalypso?

Is it possible to allow a passive player to play neutrals in battle in hotseat game ? This will make up for the weak AI and shouldn't be hard to code as an option.

Thank you for your interesting suggestion. The Jan 27 patch will probably include the following feature: the players will be able to turn off the AI of the neutrals in the hot-seat mode. In this case, the neutrals will be commanded by a human player.
Is it possible to concentrate a bit more on beta testing instead of releasing new stuff ? The game is a rough gem which desperatly needs polishing.

I ask myself the same question. Unfortunately, we can't afford a team of testers for now. But we'll try to address this question as we feel bad and ashamed when people find bugs in our patches.

Will there be a diplomacy system in the Gold Edition?

No there won't be a diplomacy system, because it is very weak at the moment. We'll have a lot to do in order to make it fun and useful but we won't have time to do it before the release of the Gold Edition.
Are you going to bring the baroness, the banshee and the archangel back to the game? (The recruitment window has six character slots now).

Will there be new arenas?

What plans do you have to improve the AI; both how it behaves on the adventure map as well as in battles?

We plan to start working on the AI as soon as the multiplayer mode is released.
Are you going to do anything about the Stone resource? Its amount is huge by mid-game and there is nothing to spend it on. Maybe you can make a market so we can trade it for the mana or gold,
