Need your help guys. My construction don't start at all cost even in tutorial when the game ask you to construct the church. Can someone
tell me what is the problem. I believe i follow exactly as told in tutorial.

Is anyone in the construction building? You should see what they are doing and where they are.

1. Are there workers in the construction building?
2. Is there a road connecting the site to the main roads?
3. Set building priority to max
4. Have El Presidente visit the location

If none of this work, well, your game apears to be bugged.
