Version 1.2.1 Retail will not update!!!

Version 1.2.1 Retail will not update!!!
Retail Version 1.2.1 Launcher Version 1.1.1.3

Every time I open the game the launcher informs me that I need to update to version 1.3

I Click Continue, then download and Install
After the download and install I click play... Nothing has changed in the game...

I restart the game and start the process all over again... still at version 1.2.1


I would love to install the patch manually, but I can only find it for the Downloaded versions of the game and they have not worked or crashed the game.


Please Help!!!

An update not installing correctly may have different reasons. Which language version are you playing (or from which country)?

1. Usually the downloaded files are corrupted. You may check the folder
C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\Kalypso Media\Launcher and delete the folder PAT4 if it appears in there.

2. The system is not up to date. Olease run a complete Windoes update and manually install the following components (depending on your operating system):

3. You need to have Admin rights and a stable internet connection.

4. Even if it youds stupid, you may try to install the game again after you updated you Windows.

The Computer was up to date. I think the key was deleting the PAT4 Folder.
Had to go through 2 other updates but I finally have version 1.3
